We came in on a rainy day and stayed in number 26 did not hook up until we had come back from a barbecue contest. It was about 9 pm and I hooked up to the 30 amp, nothing worked. Had to get someone to test the plug, oh it had electricity 220! Fried my electric input ! Will have to be replaced , about $300. Battery charges fried! Thank heaven I have the inside protected. Called the next day and told them not to put anyone in that spot until electric is fixed. No offers to pay for my repairs. I will have a protector before I plug in another electric post. How this place keeps 5 stars are questionable

I'm only posting this because of the previous review. There was nothing wrong here, but we stayed in the only, and I mean ONLY, overnight space. The entire park is taken up with monthly residents. The nice lady in the office told us that everybody is here for work and there's a waiting list to get in. There's nothing "manicured" about it. It's under the landing pattern of the airport and full of older trailers. Like I said before, there's nothing wrong with this place, it's just not as nice as previously reported.

The absolute cleanest, well manicured park we have stayed in this entire cross country trip. The price of $40.00 for full hookup you can’t beat it!! Hot tub open year Round. Stayed in 36’ class A with tow. Never had to disconnect. Will stay here again and recommend to other travelers.
