If I could give them a -0 ratting I would! This place is the most nasty, trashy, rundown place trying to pass itself off as an RVPark. It should be illegal to misrepresent your business on your website because not one word or picture is the actual park! I don’t know where that RV park is but it sure ain’t in Natchez Ms. On the website it shows concrete pads, paved roads and green grass. What it doesn’t show is the HUGE potholes in the so called paved roads, it also doesn’t show that the concrete slabs DONOT extend the length of the site and therefore useless since our rig didn’t fit on it at all and if there was green grass then it was buried under knee deep wet and rotting leaves. The website also doesn’t mention the rundown trailer park attached to this horrible place. Most of the trailers were so rundown, they should be condemned! There was trash just thrown in the yards as well as junk and abandoned cars. There was traffic in and out all night. We didn’t even feel safe there! We will not go back and we will make sure to tell every RVer we know about this NASTY, DISGUSTING PLACE!!!!!

Nice and clean...right off the highway. Easy in and out. Would stay again!

This place is disgusting. It's a run down mobile home park. No place to turn around. Potholes the size of swimming pools. Junk and debris everywhere. Frightening. Doesn't look safe. Go across bridge to Riverview RV park in Vadalia. Gorgeous place for the same price!

Bathrooms (2 for the whole park) -- disgusting -- .
Showers (2) disgusting dirty with leaves in the shower pan.

I gave it a second star, because the park has a decent WIFI signal.

The pool hasn't been cleaned in some time

The web site paints a great picture of the park, and the park itself is not bad, but the amenities leave a lot to be desired.

Can't really recommend this park.

Nice sites if you can stay away from trailers.
