As with another review we were very surprised and disappointed with the restroom/shower as there is only ONE! Which was locked at 8pm and we were notified that it wouldn鈥檛 be available until 8-9am the next day. At $42 a night you鈥檇 expect to at least have the use of a restroom at any given hour. If you need a place to stay for the night it may work for you but if you鈥檙e able to I鈥檇 recommend finding another RV park.

I was very disappointed in this park. Seems like the 4 and 5 star reviews were written by the owner or manager. My biggest disappointment was the Bathroom (note that I say 鈥渂athroom鈥 and not 鈥渂athrooms鈥). There is one residential style bathroom for the entire park. The shower has very low water flow. The owner/manager lives above the office with his family, so they lock the lone bathroom at 7PM and don鈥檛 unlock it until 9AM so the family can use the bathroom. Laundry room is two washers and two dryers (one of the dryers was inoperable). Not a place for small trailers (ours is a 17 foot trailer). After all the rave reviews I was expecting a much better experience. The sites themselves were well done.

Great small park with EXCELLENT hookups with lighted post. Concrete level pads situated correctly so that you didn鈥檛 look right in to your neighbors RV home. Clean park. Didn鈥檛 use laundry or restroom facilities. Clean dog park with waste receptacle. 1/27/24

It is a very nice and open CG. The main road leading into the the CG is heavily populated but the noise from it is barely heard from the CG itself. It is very quiet with an occasional screaming of the kids having fun in the pool from the house that is near the entrance to the CG. They tell you about the water pressure being 90psi so make sure you have a pressure regulator. If you don't have one, they have a really small store located in the office with a variety of water pressure regulators. The road in is graveled but it is very smooth and makes for a good entry and departure. The spots have a concrete pad with gravel leading up to them and are big enough to park the 5er on and the TV behind it. There was even enough room to drop the rear patio and enjoy it as well. If you stay for 7 days you pay for 6 and get the 7th day free. We camped at Benchmark Coach & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice and clean and the owner(?) was very pleasant on the phone. Reasonable cost. Only stayed one night. We were disappointed that there were NO SHOWERS OR BATHROOMS. And that it was not mentioned in both our conversations with him. We would have paid a little more for clean showers冒鸥藴艩 Also, Internet芒鈧ot so fast as has been presented. Our shows stopped to buffer often. Further, be aware that the Wi-Fi security is extremely weak.

We stayed here 1 night as a stopover on our way towards TX. When we arrived it was raining but the gravel for the park was hard packed and we didnt sink at all. The man in the office was very welcoming and nice. He did make sure we had a water pressure regulator as their water is 90psi. At almost 70芒鈧劉 we didnt have to unhook to make the curves or be in our site, such a great surprise! This is a small but well maintained park and no road noise can be heard. If there are permanent residents you cant tell, all sites are free of excess things and no trash laying around. Normally we Walmart for the night around here but cost of diesel makes that not worth the cost of running the generator, this park was $36 after tax and with Good Sam. We will keep this park on our list the next time we head this way.

Clean, safe, convenient. Good for an overnight stay. Very basic. Stayed on my way north to a state park. Manager very pleasant. Easy pull through, didn芒鈧劉t unhook my travel trailer. Dog park, basic. Longer term residents in the rear but no one seemed permanent. I芒鈧劉ll stay again.

We stayed here for a quick overnight stay on our way to Gulf Shores. It was super convenient and the site was large enough that we didn芒鈧劉t have to unhook our 42芒鈧劉 fifth wheel. We were also able to park on a nice cement slab. The campground was very quiet and people were friendly- especially the staff. Their is a nice little office with some camping supplies. We would definitely stay here again if we are passing through the area.

We stayed in pull-through full hookup site B11. The site was long and it also had a concrete pad. Very impressive! Our electrical post had two 120 volt plugins but both of them were inexplicably placed directly above the 30 amp connection. This terrible design prevented us from using both at the same time. What in the world? Management needs to fix this issue. Thank heavens our adapter allowed us to use the 50 amp connection instead. Campground has 2 main wifi signals and one is dedicated to streaming. Both were blazingly fast! My AT&T phone had 2 bars and I didn't try the hotspot. Good laundry facilities and inexpensive at only $2.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Not much to do in the local area. Bathrooms were closed due to Covid-19.

Good overnite or even a couple days in area. No frills park which suits us just fine for short stay. Dog loved the dog park! Good value
