This nice little park is located just off the Northbound portion of divided hwy 49 so if you're southbound you have to go past it then accomplish a u-turn in a 65mph speed zone BUT, the owner tells you the best way to accomplish same in a safe fashion when she sends you your confirmation info. I made it just fine with a 43' coach pulling 25' of Toad. Northbound is a piece if cake. The park is small but well equipped and the owner was very nice. Highly recommend but read the owner's u-turn instructions carefully and you'll be fine. Get there before dark.

Small quaint campground by a beautiful lake. Only had an overnight stay on the way to Gulf Shores but wish we could have stayed longer. Large, mostly level sites, most gravel but some have a cement pad. Bathroom/shower houses weren鈥檛 super modern but they were very clean. The owner, Melanie, was super nice and helpful. There was some highway noise but it wasn鈥檛 bad. We didn鈥檛 hear any trains. If headed south on 49, you do have to make a U-turn but we did it with no issue with a 37鈥 Class A towing a jeep. Would definitely recommend for an overnight stay or longer.

The owner Melanie was kind and helpful She sent a map with her personal cell since we were headed south and gps is inaccurate. She stayed late after dark to greet us in person and came to say goodbye this morning. Very safe place. Yes there are full time residents but they are clean friendly and quiet people. The lake is a bonus!

Great overnight spot, easy in and out. Owner is onsite and very friendly. Spot 16 is concrete with side pad and table, shaded. Some long term ears but quiet and grounds are maintained. If traveling southbound on 49, you can u turn back to entrance, but plenty of space, no problems. Or she will send you directions for an alternate route. Don芒鈧劉t let the u turn deter you. Will stay again. Traveling in a 34 MH towing a Jeep. full bars of Verizon here.

Nice friendly campground on a very pretty lake. Enjoyed our stay. Only downsides are WiFi is extra and the nearby train and highway noise.

Delightful place on a lake. Fishing allowed. Easy to find and get into from south. Need to u-turn to get to it from
North. Gravel/dirt roads, gravel sites, grass between, under trees, typical commercial park spacing. Owner Melanie was very friendly and helpful. Some long-residents have accumulated junk, owner is working to clean them up and move to back of park. Trains at night.

A very nice RV park. Our site was very level. Not a large Park and sites were large and easy in and out. A small lake there also. You may hear some road noise during early morning. I would stay here again. Melanie is very helpful and cares about her park.
