One of the best places we have stayed since we had been on the road. I am planning on staying again next year when we come through.

Small private park hidden at the end of a dead end street. Sites are gravel but pretty level. Some long term residents and there鈥檚 some road noise but they have FHU and the price was reasonable at $30 for a back in. Fine for a night stop.

For us, one of the best RV parks we have stayed in for our overnight trip back home. Owner is very helpful with directions getting into lot. At night, park is lighted, good for walking dogs. Everyone is respectful of property that we could see. Gated access. Huddle house walking distance. Easy access on/off US Hwy 82. WIFI available.(ask owner). Trash dumpster by north gate that we entered. All pull thru with new cement pads. Will stop here again! (We didn鈥檛 here any traffic at night)

This is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. Easy access from highway but no highway noise. Updated utilities and
clean and neat. Reasonably priced for an overnight stay.

Very convenient Right off the Highway but not to noisy Owner is putting in new concrete pads which are great! Wide and level. 30 bucks was a good price for 50 amps. Owner was friendly and helpful.

Manager is ABRASIVE! The campground is conveniently located and the spots are good enough, but dealing with the manager is a nightmare.
He芒鈧劉s gruff, easily offended, and lacks text etiquette. He texted all tenants on a Friday night at 9pm 芒鈧搑equesting candor芒鈧 on his RV Park and was offended with the results he EVICTED a military man and his family on MEMORIAL DAY during COVID (which is ILLEGAL) because his pride was hurt.
Feedback from Tenants:
- Laundry-room dirty
- No coin machine
- No online reservations
- Credit Cards not accepted
- Auto-pay unheard of
- Trees on the 90* entry unkept so scratch you芒鈧劉re rig
- Campers hounded if Ken doesn芒鈧劉t like the smallest thing
- He has the right-of-way to connect campground to riverwalk trails but is afraid of the locals
- He芒鈧劉s insecure autocrat that is proud of the power he wields
Tenants are afraid of voicing concerns because he芒鈧劉s evicted a half dozen military members so they just pay and avoid contact with him.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Awesome stay. Easy access, quiet, level gravel pads and very tidy grounds. They work off the honor system and the owner is really nice. There is some highway noise, but not bad for the most part. RVs are all nice and well kept- even the ones with people living in them full-time. I would absolutely stay here again- especially for $25 a night.
