We are full time RV’er and love it. This is our second time staying. Sadly this place has changed. They show no concern regarding residents that are a noise nuisance. There is a man with a truck so loud that it sounds like a spaceship coming in. He runs the truck many times daily just to listen to it, and drives about one mile an hour through the park many times daily. Everyone I speak with is fed up with the unnecessary annoyance. SAD TO SEE A PARK DECLINE LIKE THIS.

Great park across from the beach. In the middle area units are somewhat close and sewer is at the back and was out of reach for us. Get a site on the periphery where there is more room and better placement of services. WIFI was very spotty. Nice pool but not heated.

This was a bit hard to find since the sing was missing from the road. However once we backtracked we were content to stay here for a few days. The park is across the street from white, sandy beaches, there was a giant two-sided fireplace that was lit each evening with rocking chairs provided. The sites were level and there were several pavilions with tables and chairs.the sites were grass and sand but level. We stayed in our fifth wheel on in April, 2018.,

Stayed a week at the park and just left today March 8, 2018. Overall a very clean facility that is close to everything there is to see in Biloxi. The bath/shower rooms are in good condition and are kept clean. The NEGATIVES: This park sits some 200 yards away from the interstate of railroad tracks. Each and every night you can expect to be waken by the overzealous conductors who believe you have to blow the horn 100 times in the middle of the night. Additional noise comes from the go-kart track next door during the weekend. The sites are a bit small but ok if you are not the type to sit around all the time. Nice pool and gas fireplace. Will stay here again...would be heaven without the trains.

Nice campground and facilities. Sits next to a suspicious looking apartment complex, but doesn't seem bothered by anyone there. The staff were very helpful and nice. Occasional trains could be heard, but only once or twice per day, and wasn't directly next to the park. The park is within 200 yards of the beach, directly across US 90.
Only issue we had was parking for our tow rig, as our TT is 37' long, and the pull through sites didn't leave much room for parking. Didn't seem to be an issue for the other main parking sites however. Would stay here again easily.

This place was nice. We were just passing thru & had no Toad. So we walked to the Casino for the All you can Eat Buffet. The food was awesome especially with the 15% senior discount. The park is grassy with lots of trees, nice ammenities, across from the beach and the staff very friendly! I would definitely come back.
Ps...the Casino shuttle service made excuses why they couldn't pick us up but it was a nice walk to & from! No reflection on the park.

Very nice staff and amenities. Right across the street from the beach. Yes, the trains are close and very loud. Guess it depends on how soundproof your rig is. Be sure to pick up free coffee and pastry in the office on the morning.

TOO CLOSE TO THE RAILROAD TRACKS.
ALL NIGHT LONG TRAINS SOUND LIKE THEY ARE COMING INTO THE RV. PARKED ON GRASS & SAND, WHEN IT RAINED WE WERE IN A MUD HOLE. PRICEY FOR THE CONDITIONS.
