Mostly what others have said. If you can’t find anywhere else or don’t want to drive a little further then it will do in a pinch. Pull through we’re odd since if you leave your tow attached you can’t get it out since someone else will park behind you. Lots of really run down campers. We will never stay there again!

Stayed overnight in 40’MH. Wasn’t our first choice of the parks in St. Joe, but others were full. It was okay for the overnight. Surprisingly quiet for in-town. Paved roads, concrete sites with some grass between. Some trees for shade on some sites. Concrete pads were all broken, mostly level, not much space. Didn’t notice any smell as noted in previous review. Yes, pull through sites are all doubled end to end. Quite a few permanent residents. RV park and property are for sale; given the old condition of the property, it may sell for redevelopment; call and check that it is still operating before stopping by.

Office reeks of cigarettes. Beware! Pull thrus are for 2 RV’s. They cram 2 into one site. The site smells of septic leaking. 90’s permanent trailers/RV’s. We woke up to car parked in front of our class A. Don’t know how Good Sams could give it an 8.5 rating. Will never stay here again!

Very nice quiet campground. The site we had was concrete but a little broken up but still level.

Adequate for overnight stay. Site was fairly level and had trees. Very tight. Friendly staff. Some permanent residents. Seen better, seen worse.

Friendly staff, some nice shaded sites - nice big trees, many sites have grass next to the concrete pad, two unisex bathrooms - one with tub and shower and the other with shower. We'll stay again if in the St. Joseph area.
