Mix of long term residents and those passing through. Utilities were all good. At check in, was warned about high water pressure and advised to use a pressure reducer. Told that the pressure reducer built into my trailer would not be sufficient to bought a $25 reducer from them. A scam? Maybe. Located on the Katy Trail with a mile or so long walk to St. Charles historic downtown on the Missouri River. Touristy, but nice.

Level sites, very clean and efficient. Large paved parking lot near highway. One of the nicer stop overs near St Louis.

We’ve used this RV park many times over the past eight years. Easy access off I-370. Reservations are needed most of the time as the owner caters to RV Tour Groups and work campers. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy and the park is not secure or gated. Restrooms are very clean. No pool, no playground, no dog park, no shade. Sites are concrete and level and the park very clean. Sites are a bit too close. Expensive! Pull through sites more money but back in sites usually work campers. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Way to many dogs with no dog park. Desperately needs a dog area. Why dog owners think it’s OK to let their dog do there job on another RV’ers area is beyond me.

The RV park was clean with cement pads. Fairly level but we still needed to do a little work. There were nonstop barking dogs adjacent to us, but management stepped in and handled it. Spaces are fairly close together, and the price seems a bit high. there is a good park adjacent, very good if you have kids or dogs or you just want to get out and walk. Lots of trails. Saint Charles itself is a lovely town, with good restaurants and a lot of cute little shops. We would stay again.

Conveniently located to St. Charles and surrounding sites. Very nice clean RV park with spacious, level concrete pads, great water pressure, grassy area, paved streets with curbs, picnic table and laundry. The hosts were very pleasant as well. We stayed in site 78, a back in site for 3 nights. Park itself was quiet but beware the Southwest hub is in St. Louis and there was noise from planes taking off in the early evening and starting again in the early morning mostly. There is also a train on a trestle that comes through but the noise is minimal and it’s fun to watch . I thought this might be an issue for me but it wasn’t at all. Many big rigs, 5th wheels and TT in the park. I found the womens bathroom and laundry to be clean and in good condition My husband thought the mens room could use a rehab. This is an RV Park and not a campground. I found the fit perfect for our needs to visit the area.

Very impressed with this RV Park! Restrooms, laundry facilities were kept in immaculate condition. Staff was friendly and accommodating. WiFi and Cable worked well. But the biggest positive were the spacious level concrete sites. Also, the 286 mile Katy bike trail is adjacent to the Park and accessible through the back gate. Big + for cycle buffs like me.

This is a night stop over only. Difficult for our dogs. It really is a parking lot with hookups. Showers are good but you can’t stay here unless you are only parking here.

I really like this campground, have stayed there 40 times in last ten years, but this year had resverations made in janurary, beccause of the corona virus was forced to cancel at end of may, we ard in lockdown in arizona wit many events canceled, have had to cancel at at least 20 campgrounds and this is the only one that would not return my deposit, shame on you. Inwill probably not ever stop here again,
