My ATT had 4 bars. Worked great even during heavy thunder storm.

Wonderful state park with awesome hosts Stanley and Sandy. Mature trees and large spacious sites. This is a no nonsense park. Don't come here to be a rude camper. Conservation agents / naturalists present wonderful programs. Restrooms / showers are great with real doors on shower stalls. Site 14 floods. Some sites are reservable, some 1st come, 1st served. Electric only sites with water and dump available. Came here to watch the eclipse. Hosts did a great job keeping non paying campers out. They were directed to the day use area, which filled up. Has been a great place for our small group of 4 campers.

We Love The Campground! First: the Hosts, Stanley & Sandra are just wonderful, helpful and keep the park spotless. The sites are all fairly level, a few flood if it rains so be aware. 50 amp service only, no water or sewer. There is a convenient dump station with trash dumpsters and recycling containers. Lots of shade or some full sun sites. Good satellite for TV, no WiFi and only 2 bars AT&T. But the location, the quiet, the lovely nights and great hosts are what makes this a good campground!
There is a wonderful Lewis & Clark marker on site near the Oxbow Lake with a nice trail access and maybe a ramp (?). Fills up on the weekends. This is "Honor camping", some of the sites are Reservable, but most people just pull in and pick a site & pay at that time.
We would certainly return.

Very nice for a state park. The lake is close by. It seems to fill up often as it was every night we were there.
