The nicest thing I can say about this place is the lady that answered the phone was super nice. luckily she did not ask for my credit card ahead of time because when we got there, there was no way My husband and I were staying at this site. I would remove it from all stays as a referral. Yes, it was that bad.

Here’s the thing… this is a campground primarily occupied by full timers living in their now-stationary RVs. If you’re passing through the KC area, it’s fine for a night. $45 for a 50A full hookup is honestly OK. The pad was concrete, and while it was mostly fractured concrete, my trailer sat level. I didn’t expect any more than I got. That said a neighbor (remember , permanent residents) got on his mini excavator and started trying to repair his leaking waterline, at 9 pm. After about 5 minutes I asked him to shut it down as my kids just got in bed. He happily obliged and we had a good chat. If you’re the type who cannot handle something like that, you probably would have been awake all night, but that’d be your problem not his.

At the risk of sounding vindictive or mean this place was horrible. The bathrooms were unusable and extremely disgusting.

The restrooms were disgusting and smelled as bad as they looked.

Pretty run down place. Owner was great. Campground was run down and pads were cracked concrete and not level. OK for an overnight this time around but I’ll find a new one next time.

This is an older RV park. Many RV's in the park are permanent residents. TV & WIFI reception are passable. I'm pretty active, so am out and about more than most others. The location is central to many local activities. Some of the places I like to go are: For Swing and Ballroom lessons and dances: Walters Dance Center LLC 5023 Minnesota Ave Kansas City, KS 66102 Knuckleheads in N. Kansas City, MO This is a great place to listen to live music. On Saturday and Sunday, they have jam sessions for the local professional musicians. Listening is free. They have a full bar and small grill. KC Chiefs & KC Royals stadiums are within 5 miles! Downtown Kansas City, MO is 20 minutes away. There's always plenty to do there. Lastly, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and night clubs in the area.

Not a bad place. Literally nothing to do here. This is a place to park your rig and get out to the city. We are lucky, we have family very nearby so didn't stay at park except for sleeping. From what I see, it's really not that bad. Wifi is sketchy and times but ya can work thru that. Couldn't pull in any local channels on my OTA antenna.....lots of trees here. Nice shade and much quieter than I thought it would be. Yea, I'd stop here again.

All hookups worked fine. The Wifi was slow but worked well when you could hook on. The concrete slab we were on was cracked and crumbling. There were two boards at the edge of the slab to help RVs get over the lip onto the pad. The water was coming from a garden hose. The bathrooms were under lock and key. We didn't use them but saw when the door was open that garbage was overflowing and needed cleaning. There were very low hanging wires overhead. The staff was friendly. Overall, this is an old run down park that needs some refreshing and improvements.

$35/night W/E/S. Wifi was worthless. Bathhouse was substandard. It was however, very quiet, even with windows open at night. Literally 5 minutes from the stadiums, which was very convenient. It was okay, but we'll try something different next time. Maybe dry camp at a nearby casino.
