Kelly is awesome! No long term spaces available but as soon as I told her my daughter was in ICU at Saint Louis university hospital the immediate response was 芒鈧�艙we will find you a place as long as needed, don芒鈧�鈩�t worry芒鈧�聺. Wow, what a relief and thank you Kelly- you are awesome.

Cons: Potholes and speed bumps coming in. Lies in a flood plain and if it is rainy, you are in a wet site with standing water, underground water hookups fill with ground water. Many long-term residents. Lots of road noise, especially motorcycles.

Pros: concrete pads, good power and WiFi (free), just off major roadway and connectivity, good convenient shopping/ dining nearby. If you need to be close to St. Louis, this is one of your few choices.

This use to be a nice place. The sons took it over from their mother and hired a witch to run the place. She does nothing for the tenants and all the promises that were made quickly disappeared. No amenities what so ever and when it floods. Which it does often there is no warning from ownership. Several people lost their RV's this past winter. Grass is cut whenever they feel like it.

This used to be a great park until the owner was replaced by family members, due to her age. This park floods when it rains, you are overcharged for electric and propane, if you are not part of the "old" gang you are treated very poorly . There are apartments adjacent to the park that are full of drug people and lowlifes.
The park is involved with legal disputes with the neighbors that cause a lot of stress for the tenants.
There are many other parks in the area that are cleaner, cheaper and you do not have to put up with drugs and hateful personnel.There are no amenities and you are only paying to park there.

I was concerned by the last review & the sewer/flood issue. Due to financial reasons I ended up here. I had no problems. It is very conveniently located to shopping, post office & laundromat. I have 2 dogs & there is a large field at the end of the park to walk them. Waste must be picked up. If there is waste in your own grassy area they won't mow. This was my first RV (class C) experience. They have good wifi.
