Very nice, quiet. Would stay here again. But registration is confusing, three ways posted, attendant will register, use envelope or on line. I could not get on line to work do left check in pay slot

Simple and serene. Trees, grass,on lake. Clean.Nice trail for walks or runs. It appears you can put your kayak in at a boat ramp along the trail.Ive been here 2x this year for overnight stop.used electric only sites. You may need leveling at some sites. I'm not fussy about that.

Great park by a beautiful lake. Nice lots and clean bathrooms. Medium size town with places to eat nearby.

Really liked this park. Sites are large and level. Trail system runs all around the lake. Lots of public access to the water. We were right on the lake and next to the trail so we got to visit with the local bikers and walkers. Sites on the water are mostly reserved on weekends but there were plenty of open sites if you just drop in.

Loved this quaint municipal park. Site 7 had a wonderful front row view of lake. Worth the few bucks extra. Widely spaced apart sites. Wood fire rings. Extensive walking trails through the huge cottonwood trees. Nice gravel on roads and site throughout the park. Ate dinner at the Ground Round restaurant- very good. Bring your frisbees as they have a great frisbee course attached throughout park. We took several walks bordering the lake. Hated to leave. Stayed in a 40ft RV with tow.

Nice if you have a trailer or rv. If u have a tent, beware, lots of mosquitoes, flying insects and spiders. The whole family was eaten alive, even during the day time. Nice view of the lake. Right off the road so you hear a lot of the traffic that goes by. Lots of big trees for shade.

Beautiful park, set next to lake. Note: lake sites were $4 more which is helpful to know before you back in and park. If you come in late it is self check-in.
