Lady at the desk was super nice and knowledgeable about the area. Lots were level with full hook ups. We had a pull through lot on a corner. Lots were a little small, with no privacy. It was close to shopping and the Mall of America. There were a few full timers. Bath house was fairly clean. There were lots of mosquitos here. It had a game room, but we didn't go. There was also a small outdoor pool. I would stay here again.

Just a wonderful experience in this smaller, family owned RV park. Outstanding location for access to the Twin Cites. This place is super clean, comfortable and friendly. The grandkids enjoyed playing at the playground and swiming in the pool. The park is also a trailhead access to some nice hiking trails. The staff were all very friendly and seemed to be long timers. Perhaps the best part though is there is absolutely no riff-raff and quiet hours are strictly enforced which all but insured a good nights sleep. Relatively big-rig friendly, a little tight but comfortable with my 42' Class A. Weekends are full, so make your reservations early but midweek is very quiet and maybe 50% occupied. Wifi works great during the week, but slows significantly on the weekend as you would expect. I would absolutely stay here again!

Have stayed here several times but on this trip noticed a change. The park has a lot of seasonal workers mostly paving companies living full time which has changed this campground into more of a trailer park. Campfire pits full of trash mainly beer cans and barking dogs. Will be looking for another spot when staying in the twin cities area.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came to Minneapolis this spring to work at a hospital. Booked a spot here for my full 13 week assignment. Spots are close to each other. Trees aren't trimmed and while being backed into our site by a camp worker a low hanging limb tore our roof. We had spent all day driving. We decided to go eat dinner. As we were wrapping up dinner we received a call from someone identifying themselves as a camp worker. She was very angry on the phone, stating that our dogs have been barking all day - who knows how all day since we got there in the evening. We rushed back, our dogs were not barking when we pulled-up, and saw a nasty note written from the camp worker signed park management. My husband went over to apologize and see what had set off the barking. She pounded on her chest and stated that she could "get us thrown out of there." She instantly became so aggressive we were frightened to leave our camper - who knows what she would have done. The owner of the park called and didn't listen to our side/ input. Just like that we were thrown out. We asked the RV'er on the other side of us if our dogs had barked and he said only when the work camper taped the sign on our door. We have been on the rode for 5 years. We have stayed all kinds of resorts to parks and never have had a noise complaint. A few weeks later the other owner called us to apologize after seeing my post on google and other media outlets. We were not exactly invited back but he did say "I don't suppose you'd want to come back." Which at that point was true. I have a somewhat high stress job and defiantly wouldn't want to be under a microscope at "home."

A tad expensive, but they did give a veterans discount. Located in a neighborhood/industrial area. Fairly quiet. Short walk to a nice park with walking trails. Sites are close together, but are nice. Bath house is fine, except the toilet stall is extremely narrow. Like shoulder to shoulder narrow. Pool looked nice. Laundry was nice and clean. Strong ATT signal.

Been living full time in our motor home for five years. While we have stayed in parks with much larger space, Town and Country feels cozy with more services than many other parks. The owners are constantly improving the property. This year, all roads were black topped and spaces leveled. Even the pool was changed to salt from chlorine. T&C is a gem! Owners and employees are so committed to making your visit a positive one. The campground is perfectly situated to the Valley Fair Amusement Park, Mall of America and major highways, North, South, East and West.

We stayed here for a week. It was a very enjoyable time. The spaces are close, but the park is clean, quiet and the staff is very helpful. It is convenient to Minneapolis and Chanhassen to visit Paisley Park as we did. There is convenient shopping and good restaurants nearby. Also not far is a do it yourself RV wash and Dog wash. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a problem getting into our site because of large tree limbs that were low, wrapping around our air conditioner and satellite. A worker sawed them down so we could get into our spot. Spaces not very level and it is tight to turn. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff was accommodating and took care of our problems.

Stayed 5 nights here. It's just ok. Didn't use the facilities, and the laundry was being remodeled so it was closed. Located in a mostly industrial area. Gravel sites with mostly gravel roads, so it was often dusty. But this place was packed the whole time.

Okay for one night. Lots of local workers here. Oil or something. Wifi was very good.
