This is a decent campground, but quite small by KOA standards. Very convenient to Mayo clinic.

We have been here for 10 days. The owners have been more than accommodating. Beautiful huge oak trees, nice spots. Surrounded by farms. Really enjoyed this CG. You can tell the owners have heard it all. But, they are actually really nice folks. Don’t forget it’s a 7 day per week/24hour labor of love. They get exhausted too.

Not a bad place to stop. Has that midwest charm of corn fields in the distance, green grass and beautiful trees. Bathrooms are okay, firepits at each site, picnic tables and decent space between sites. Little smaller on Koa side, but all the essentials

Overall a nice campground. Sites very level, a cement patio for eating on picnic table, nicely treed for shade, nicely spaced camp sites. Led to the site which was nice because we essentially were able to pull through instead of back in. Well placed hook ups. Decent showers. I didn’t hear the road noise from I 90 at all. Location is great for getting off the interstate. It was close to being a 5 star. Definitely a decent campground to stay at while passing through or if you have to stay a few nights.

All hookups worked well. The staff was very friendly. The sites were roomy but very tight to maneuver in and out of. There were fire rings, posts, and trees that made it difficult to easily move. The WiFi did not work well.

Very clean and organized campground. We arrived on Thursday June 14th without a reservation and were able to get a site. Sites are very level gravel with a concrete patio, table and some with fire rings. WiFi was good, but no cable. Quite. Nice pool and dog run. We paid $45 plus tax for a 30/50 Amp site with water and sewer.

NOT BIG RIG FRIENDLY. Trees caught the top of our rig when we checked in, but we made it and they said they would trim them. It rained over night the site flooded with water, and the next day when leaving the trees damaged our rig. We struggled to get out of the campground and they never once offered to help. The management acted as if it were our fault and took no responsibility in maintaining the trees. My guess is they sell the walnuts and didn't want to lose any by trimming them. Unfortunately, now they will have an insurance claim because it. Nice place but I was very disappointed in the management and their lack customer service. Our experience in the midwest has been so good - I hate this put a damper on it.

Very clean and convenient stop for an over night. Friendly staff. The only negative is that if you are tent camping there is constant traffic noise from I90.

Awesome campground. Plenty of room. Quiet and well maintained. A jewel amongst the trees. Not many amenities but the price is well worth the stay. Loved it here. The staff was very attentive and actually quieted some rambunctious children while here. So hats off to the staff. Hope to stay here again. Highly recommend.

General:
- RV and tent sites
- Most sites are full hook-ups
- Nice clean laundry and restrooms with showers
- Propane available
- Fire rings and wood available
- Nice pool, but water a little cool
- Fenced children play ground
- Fenced dog run
- Vollyball abd frisby golf field

Pos:
- Quiet campgrounds
- Gravel roads and gravel pull through sites
- Concrete pad with table
- Some antenna TV performance (1 major channel)
- Good wifi signal, but bandwidth severely throttled
- ATT service, but 3 bars
- Some nice tree shaded sites, but camp staff insists in filling those with NO shade first EVEN if you are staying more than a single night

Cons:
- WiFi bandwidth limitef
- No cable
- camp staff obsessed with covering, driving on, or parking on the grass (which is more clover than grass). They were seen pulling lawn furniture off the grass when people left their sites.
- Camp staff cause issues guiding vehicles into sites. Observed them forcing rigs to make unrealistic turns or back large 5th wheels into spaces from roads lined with trees / rocks requiring multiple attempts just to avoid getting on the grass.
