Scenery is beautiful, proximity to the Hay Creek trail phenomenal and all in all a great place. OTA TV was good, AT&T coverage 1 bar..Verizon 2 bars. $48 more than I芒鈧劉m used to paying. Light was out in the ladies room, shower pressure good and water warm, couldn芒鈧劉t see much by the light of my Coleman lantern and iPhone Flashlight.
