Rustic sites in the woods. Not very level, but not too bad. Sites are very close together. Bathrooms and Showers under construction and closed during my stay on May 10, 2022. Need both MN vehicle permit and camp registration. I could not successfully navigate setting up the online account for vehicle. Maybe they will come for me. Having to get both permits makes it expensive for a one-night stay.

Beautiful State park! There are limited electric sites and none with full hookups but there is water available to fill and a dump site near the campground. Many easy to moderate hiking trails above the Mississippi River as well as beside it. The sites are pretty close together but still worth the stop!
