Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of Royal Oaks RV Park. Getting to the campground was good. The roads in the campground are gravel and are in good condition. The trees are all well trimmed. The campground office was open and everyone was friendly. Very small camp store available. There is a large parking area near the office. There are a few seasonal campers. No escort to site but was given map. The road signage to our site was good. Sites have fire pits and they sell firewood. Our site was 7, a back in site with a gravel drive and brick patio area, with a picnic table. The site had no real view but was somewhat private. Our site was level. The site was dry. Site was full hookup. The bath house was ok. There was a small laundry. There is no swimming pool. No rec room. No workout fitness room. The grounds look OK. No cable tv. We had limited over air antenna. Wifi good. Verizon cell service OK. So here is the bad: Maybe a little too close to the highway, but not real bad. I would come back. Delightful! We were just passing through. On our way back from Alaska. What a gem! Clean, well laid out and the owner is very nice. Lots of trees and grass. A dog walk area. Usually it’s a 12’x12’ area and they call it a dog walk. This dog walk is huge. Convenient to the highway without a lot of noise. All kinds of bike and trike rentals. We had full hookup $50 Great camp!

This is a really nice park that should get more play. They have bikes and pedal karts for rent, very inexpensive. Also good dog run and playground for kids. We were through for one night in a 23’ Class C. Restrooms very clean and cared for. Helpful owner/host. Sites well spaced, level grades for the most part. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in August 2019. The owner was fantastic. She gave us great restaurant recommendations! The laundry area was immaculate and reasonably priced! Most of the sites are grassy with space between your neighbors! I’d come back here again!

Spent 10 days here in August 2019. Nice campground with very clean bathroom and shower. Nice hosts and friendly service. Only complaint, and it’s not their fault, is the road noise from the intersection nearby.

Nice campground, quick check in.
Close to highway so good access, however can hear loud motorcycles and trucks.
Campfire and music Friday night by office.
Store with basic emergency needs.
Found it to be fine.

Stay away. Rude uncooperative unreasonable people. Had to move picnic table because disgusting dump station from the next campsite was less than 10 feet from our camper. They refused to refund even though we were there 5 minutes and said we would find a different place. Dumb, but suck it out one night, then used their laundry room only to have 5 shirts come out full of grease. Disgusting place, Avoid.

Great campground right off US 2. Large level campsites (actually the first time we didn't have to level our trailer in all our travels). The very pleasant hands-on owner keeps the place very nice. The bath/shower/laundry rooms were spotless. Quiet and pet friendly. We will definitely stay here if we ever pass this way again.

Three Season Pavillian with cement patio and fire ring available for groups. Beautiful shaded tent sights. Full hookups-shower was sufficient- clean bathrooms & laundry room.
