We stayed here a week in August 2017. This was a nice park. It wasn't close to any other towns if you like remote. We had to drive to over 20 miles to Houghton the nearest town to do laundry and/or get groceries. We stayed there to visit Copper Harbor and the upper peninsula Michigan. The sites were small and the weekenders loud, but overall it was a nice place, beautiful view of the lake.
Cell service was ok, dump station nearby, very nice trash system instead of an overflowing dumpster. They picked it up every day and even gave us trashbags. It was a clean park, but could use some road work.
Friendly staff, friendly neighbors. Cool temps. Reasonable price. We would stay there again.
