Terribly hilly with very uneven site 72, but shaded. Tried site 75 first & discover I was expected to share a pedestal with a A class plugged to 50, me in 30amp 鈥� NOPE! Who does this??? Don鈥檛 care if they are on separate breakers. Not taking any chances 鈥� left early next day! Never staying here again!

July 1 2025, 45鈥橫H & tow stayed for a week our spot worked well for us level and 50amp full hookup. Site 4 The bathhouse was sufficient, some wooded or sunny sites all gravel and sand. Lots of tent yurts back in the woods. Can walk into town to catch Mackinaw island ferry. Nice area to visit!

Convenient location and very quiet. That鈥檚 where the positive ends . Unfortunately, the site was very unlevel and just dirt. So, when it rained it was mud mud mud. Power and water only. Dump station. It would鈥檝e been lovely to have the ability to pay someone for a dump service. Staff unfriendly. I think it鈥檚 slim pickings for parks in the area so there鈥檚 no incentive to improve.

Sites gravel and dirt. Ours required leveling. Sites very close. Bathrooms clean and adequate laundry old & dirty

This old gal could use some updating! The grounds were clean, the showers updated, but the office/store was tired. Many spots are not level, but ours was fine. They have Yurts and Teepees available. A prominent spot seemed to be taken by a resident in an old, run-down camper-so it seems kinda sketchy when you drive in, but we had a nice, quiet stay. No real amenities. We had good cell service as it鈥檚 fairly close to town. Affordable for the area with electric. Dump station. You can use the beach at a resort across the street and the hotels pool if you have a wrist band you can request at the office.

Terrible management. We were charged an overstay fee of $100 when we had not overstayed. We booked 2 nights (spoke with Sydney- very nice) with our understanding we 芒鈧�藴might芒鈧�鈩� have to move to an unknown different site the 2nd night. We checked in at the office & said we were there for TWO nights. The girl pointed at a plastic box outside and told us to find a sheet with our name with instructions & site. Only one site # was on the sheet so we assumed we were in that site for both nights. We were gone during the next day & returned after 5:00 to find a note stating we needed to move as that site was reserved for someone else. No mention of where we needed to move to. We finally reached Sandra who rudely informed us we were supposed to move and didn't so she was charging us a $100 overstay fee. Longer story short, the other camper shared the space with us without issues. Sandra was rude & said it wasn芒鈧�鈩�t her fault but still charged the overstay fee. She said she wasn芒鈧�鈩�t dishonest.

Nice quite campground. Our site was level and full hook up. Lots of shade trees. Had AT&T 5G coverage. Short walk (.2 mile) to coffee shop and a couple of restaurants. Look forward to staying there again.

Made last moment reservation and they were accommodating. Nice people with clean bathrooms and showers. Close to St. Ignace and attractions. Camp sites are close but not too bad for last moment.

Would assign 芒鈧�藴0芒鈧�鈩� stars if could. Sites 7 & 8 were assigned to us. Dog feces everywhere. This is a 芒鈧�艙hold your nose芒鈧�聺 situation! If we needed more than a single night we芒鈧�鈩�d get back on the road and find something else. If you have to stay ask for a site somewhere near #44.

Very nice campground and fairly level spot. Very nice people. Clean bathroom and suitable laundry area. Nice playground area for the kids. I see people say the spots are tight but we were happy with our location. Then again we were there Tuesday after Labor Day so that crowd had moved on. Nice place.
