We pulled in without a reservation, we had a reservation at a forest service campground that we could never get our trailer parked in. We were lucky to get a site, the young lady at the desk was beyond friendly and helpful. We got a water and electric site. I can see where mud is a problem here, it seems that the team of workers here are daily working on filling in muddy spots with gravel. The bathrooms were clean as well as the laundry room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Staff were all nice. Stayed in a pull through water and electric site. Sites are unlevel and part muddy from carpets killing the grass. Pad for dump site is about 8" out of level so completely dumping your tanks is impossible. Some pull through sites you will have to back out of because of trees to the right, and left. There is also a pet fee, two dollars per Pat per day. And that's if you're staying in your own camper the fee is higher for cabins in yurts. Never use the bath rooms so I can't comment. Payed 60.50 per night for water and electric with koa card. I would not stay again.

I feel like I need to set the record straight. We read all the bad reviews, and chose to stay here anyway. We loved it. This campground has all kinds of sites…from neatly tucked away tent sites, to pull thru sites with concrete patios, outdoor furniture and a log rocking chair. The staff was great, and had we more time we certainly would have stayed longer. If you are in a site not suited for your camping style or RV, it doesn’t matter where you stay, you’ll find something to complain about. We were very happy with the accommodations and would certainly stay here again.

Spot 75 July 20, 2021 to July 22, 2021. We could not level our 38’ motor coach, site not level. Very quiet, plenty of tree shade. Could not extend our main awning due to a tree blocking it. No sewer on this site. Dump station at the entrance had standing sewer water around sewer pipe. Other sites are in close proximity to our site. Very thankful our neighbors did not light up fires in the fire rings. If the fire ring on the left side of the coach had been fired up, we would have had a scorched coach.

I’m surprised KOA puts their name on this one! Horrible sites, water pressure was fine when we arrived but then the park filled up (weekend) then we couldn’t even flush the toilet! Muddy everywhere. Never staying here again.

One of the worst KOA’s we have ever stayed at, we told them when we booked that we were a big rig. Site was so tight that we could not put out our awning. Had to park our car by the bathhouse. Never again, avoid this KOA!

Post-COVID opening I give grace for how difficult it must be to be closed, loosing unimaginable revenue and then reopening trying to recover. With that said, I looked at reviews from pre-COVID time to see what was said. So, some of the same complaints and similar accolades. Great staff, friendly and responsive. The grounds need attention and maintenance. Trimming, beating back the brush and cutting down the looming dead tree hanging over our 5th wheel in site #85. The pool was open and looked great, the putt putt looked ok and was being used. The dump station was backed up and floating turds but we plunged and it emptied but very gross. The park needs a big grounds budget and I’d improve my rating to 4-5.

As new 5th wheel owners, this was just the 2nd campground we had ever been to since we bought our rig. Seeing how we have a 42' camper, we reserved a pull through space large enough to accomodate us. We were given spot 20. The spot was nice, however because of all the trees we could not put our awning out and when we walked out our door, there was a tree right in the way. This tree was dropping berries, which we and our dogs kept tracking into the camper. If we are back this way again, we will try to get one of the spots just down from us that had no trees. The dog walking area was okay. We walked to it a few times a day with our dogs, and dutifully cleaned up after them, although there was always poo left in there that someone didn't clean up. The poo disposal can was not emptied the whole time we were there and by the last day, the stench when you lifted the lid was unbearable. Otherwise as new campers, we were pretty happy with our stay. Loved that they are big rig friendly. The spots are a little uneven but other than what I already mentioned, not too bad.

Not on the water... it’s on the highway, so there’s lots of noise. Not many showers for a lot of sites. Single dump station for too many campers. I will say the staff was accommodating and friendly when we asked to switch sties because the hookup was too far away to reach. Overall, not the best KOA I’ve seen. I guess not the worst either.

Not up to usual KOA standards. Worst thing, dump station without threaded hookup. Old school try not to eat corn the night before,, YUCK. Pool inoperable forever maybe.
