We stayed for 5 nights in June 2021 and loved everything about this state park. Hiking, kayaking, dunes, forest, lakes, river all within easy walking distance from the campgrounds. The electric boxes are shared so maybe bring a 30 amp extension cord just to be safe. We parked our RV just right to connect with 25 ft cord, but barely. Bathrooms were very clean and we heard they will be updated soon. While there were lots of campers, it was very easy to find solitude too.

All the usual issues that come with crowded high traffic parks. Be ready for some tight backing, extreme leveling, long cord runs... The park staff know it's a mad house on weekends, but seem to accept the madness.
