Nice little campground on the riverfront. Did not have reservations. The host told me I was lucky, as that they rarely have spots available. He had two, last minute cancellations.
At $65, I would say it was $$$. Thursdays in August they had a good band at the pavilion next door. Walked the RiverFront and ate at Roy’s Pastys. (Also good)
As stated, the road noise was present in the early evening, tapered off and was fine at dark.

Pros: Beautiful views, site #3 has high trees providing some shade without low hanging limbs, nice hosts, Kayak and bike rental at park next door along with hand-dipped ice cream, library book exchange, short walk to downtown for shopping & eating. Very cute little park. Cons: Road noise but not bad at night, a little more $$ than we like to spend. WOULD NOT COME HERE WITHOUT A RESERVATION. Additional note: Hardware store in town has everything!! Would stay here again if in the area.

Excellent little campground. Hard stand sites. Good WiFi service. Views beyond expectations.

Allstays app indicates $$. When I called to check on a campsite, the hosts said the cost is $43. That is more like $$$$ or $$$$$. Very disappointing.

Outstanding park! WIFI was a bit "iffy" but a really nice place to sit and relax for a while and enjoy the channel and take the mine tour. We stayed here in a fifth wheel.

I cannot agree more with ncroadtreker. Our site was number 22 and it was fantastic. This campground is a gem. Views are fantastic and the paved sites are spacious. The roofed picnic tables at waters edge were a plus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful RV Park situated along the Portage Canal. Sites 1-10 and 16-22 are waterfront sites, 11-15 are elevated and also have a good view of the water. All sites have a bench facing the canal along with a covered deck or patio with a picnic table. Full hook-ups but no bathhouse. The adjacent city park has a playground structure build on the side of a small hill with about dozen different slides cascading downward.
