This was just a stop over as we were driving through. Everyone (we talked with the owners) was very nice and helpful. They were having a lobster bake and live band the day we left. I wish we could have stayed for that as it sounded like a fun time. The campground is on a lake and has a swimming beach. There are coin-operated showers with hot water. Lovely tree canopy with lots of shade. Very kid friendly place. Has a store stocked with just about anything you forgot to pack and goodies for the kids. We would definitely stay again. We had a site in the trees with hookups.

Best campground in Midcoast Maine. Clean, friendly, great for large rigs or tenting, prices are very reasonable, sites are clean and large. Wonderful for seniors, families and meet ups.
Great "homebase" for discovering coastal Maine!
