One nite only - not a Holiday type Koa. Run down, a lot of permeant rigs with a mush mash of outside junk. Dog park patched together with broken fence and wood chips and dirt. Showers had good pressure and hot water, but black mold ceiling and roaches. Good thing wearing roach stomping crocks. Needs a lot of work , but quiet at night. So ok for a 12 hour stay won’t be back.

August 2023: Nice owners, but unfortunately not a nice park. Crowded, close sites, many seemingly permanent residents, and an overall junky appearance. When we arrived we were told that their well had a problem and we had to boil water; no compensation (not even a bottle of water) was offered. Fortunately we had a full water tank, so we used our full service site as an electric only site, drew our curtains, and left the next morning. I wish them well as they seem both nice and sincere, but this place needs work.

We had a last minute booking with them and they were great. Clean facilities and a fun playground for the kids.

Stayed there 10/ 11 for 3 days .Old park , owner is updating as he goes. Close to 50 % is seasonal. Our lot had no sewer so we had to use the dump station . Our lot was all grass no patio. Lots are very tight. The dump station is extremely tight. The owner has a old out house covering the dump station and you rig is a foot from hitting it. It’s tight enough without the out house. This needs removed .The tight roads in the park will keep you alert ! The owners are very nice people and I wish them the best of luck.

We stayed here 8/14-8/17 very friendly hosts. Had Halloween in August; which was fun especially for the families. Laundry facilities were very expensive and dryers were low and slow.

Bathrooms were amazing! Sites were level but their water and electric were at the front of the site so unless you had extensions for everything your rig's nose was touching the road. I found it to be a bit $$ at $55. For the night for just water and electric.

Very close together sites. Landry dryers take for ever to dry. Lots of things for kids. On site store ok just down the road about a mile is a grocery store. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
