Had a great stay here with grandkids Fished and crabbed off dock. Mark and staff were awesome. Highly recommend a stay here

Spend a beautiful weekend with the grandkids in site a7 overlooking the Patuxent River. Kids crabbed and fished from campground dock. Mark was very helpful and accommodating. It’s a no frill campground which we like. Very quiet and peaceful. We recommend a stay here. We will be back !!!!!

Called to ask about rates and specifically a dump fee as i was passing thru and wasnt sure i would be staying the night based on traffic etc.
The person answered with a brusque hello and i then needed to confirm who they were. I next asked about dump fees and before i could get to overall rates she said i dont do that and she hung up! Very rude and certainly not the kind of people i am used to at campgrounds in the West.

Wife and I had a great time just wish we could have stayed longer. The view of the water was great and everyone was very nice . Just want to say thank you to Robert and Slim they run the campground are always willing to give you a hand if you need it . They run a tight ship.

I really wish I could give a review of the campground but unfortunately when I called to see if I could make reservations I was told "Nope" with no other explanation. Very odd.

Great sites! Management was very helpful. Facilities were very clean. Seasonal campers were very friendly. Had a wonderful time. Kids had a great time swimming in the river and fishing. Management was even prepared to help with a camper repair that was needed. Would suggest this site to everyone.
