Cannot dump tanks, even for a fee. Not supportive of local RVers.

I stayed here with my family in October 2019. Our site was near the office and was so-so, at best. I’d describe this place as run down and disappointing. Lots of long-term sites/residents. MANY of these sites are pretty nasty. The site next to ours was littered with old, rusted gym equipment and other items in various states of disrepair. I couldn’t figure out why management allowed the sites to become junkyards, especially right next to the office! If you’re looking for a stop-over, this place is ok, but it is NOT a relaxing vacation spot.

Requested a pull thru site. Never was told the car would not fit. No cable and no WiFi at our site. Site is unkempt and not level. $73 a nite is way over priced for this site. This is not a resort. Don’t stay here.

My experience thus far has been a lot better than previous reviews given, Management and staff helped me with everything I needed help with. I am a traveling contractor and I believe a lot of the people here are, works much better than a hotel.

Do not even consider staying here. Overpriced, lots of full time residents. Showers and restrooms need updating, they are small and dirty. There are some crazy folks living here and we never felt real safe. Sites are not level and become mud pits when it rains. The only good thing was the laundry facilities.

Needs TLC, a lot of full time residents here, a lot of them leave early in the am. Pool need cleaning and the water slides are never available or blown up. Quiet time has lots of loud music. Nothing enforced from the office. Good location to D.C. & Baltimore. Would bypass next time.

No. Just no. Run down and dilapidated facilities. Sites are on top of each other. Way overpriced and just a big NO!

We stayed at Duncan Family camp for 1 week. The staff was very helpful and professional. The park however was really poor. There were many permanent dwellings with lots of debris piled around them. Parts of the camp were more like a trailer park than a campground. It was 16 miles each way to the metro station which was much farther than we thought. They do offer a shuttle for a fee with one drop off and pick up time. There were lots of feral cats. The laundry was not very good it cost $13 in quarters to wash and dry 2 loads of laundry. Showers and bathrooms need updating. The sites are not level, some have some gravel and are more level than others.
