A rustic campground without anything between states, well spaced except 7and 8 which are close together . Sites 7, 8, 9 parking not level. Vault toilets surprisingly clean but some trash around as people don芒鈧劉t understand pack in pack out! On weekend afternoon picnickers we芒鈧劉re poaching campsites to grill and eat so you may have to ask someone to move on arrival. Lots of locals cruising the boat launch and campground loop but quiets down in late afternoon. Good part is you are right on a beautiful stretch of the Potomac with light current for boating and at mile 141 on the C&O trail with miles of level biking/ hiking along the river in either direction. A little buggy mid October. No electric, hand pump water not working, no dump, Verizon one bar.
