Really nice campground right on the water. The septic pump out service comes VERY early in the mornings they provide service. Pretty noisy.

This camp is directly on the Chesapeake Bay. There is about 100 feet of sand beach between your RV door and the water. Pay careful attention to satellite images for the placement of trees in front of the site you choose. The shade is critical in the heat of summer. The sites are numbered 1 through 17, 1 being the northernmost site. We fished directly from the beach in front and caught a variety of bait fishes which was fun for the kids. The jellyfish were so thick swimming was out of the question and the netted area seemed to have just as many jellyfish as the non-netted area. For our visit it was really hot above 95 degrees during the day. We did not have good shade and without swimming it was a struggle with children. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well air-conditioned. The reason for 4 stars instead of five was the check-in/check-out times. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is 1:00 pm which means you must stay two nights to have a day at the beach.

Great campground! Beach front site for cheap! Quiet area and great service, we would definitely stay here again. We had a blast finding shark teeth for our kids. 50/30/20 amp and water hookups.
