No enforcement of 鈥渜uiet time鈥 from midnight to 7am. Been coming here for years & this time was the worst. Multiple families with 10 kids screaming while running thru others鈥 campsites & the loop was trashed when a wild pony herd destroyed unprotected food on their sites. Worst of all, Park Police said they don鈥檛 patrol 鈥 you are on your own! Not returning.

Great campground! You need to boondock but they allow generators for reasonable hours. They do have dumpsites n water that u can use. Sites big enough to hold our 34 ft rv. The beauty of the ocean n dunes is breathtaking! Seeing wild ponies is a bonus! The price is great for the site n beauty that surrounds u. The employees are so nice n helpful!

Great campground. SItes are really close together and zero privacy (no trees, it芒鈧劉s the beach) but there are spots right on the other side of the dunes from beach. You don芒鈧劉t site with water views, there are dunes. There are spots on the other side away from the beach we actually prefer. Less bugs, less wind. Summertime there are no-seeums galore so bring your bug spray. It can get really windy here as well.

Nice flat paved area for rv and sandy/grassy area for our family who rented in the next site over. We liked the security that kept the beaches to only the campers. No place else can you have 100ft of Atlantic Ocean all to yourself. Biking trails to national park were nice. Horses stopped by twice a day like clockwork. Bathhouses very clean. Nature center small with limited hours but kids activities good and rangers very friendly. Bugs and heat can be an issue but worth it for the other benefits!
