Beware. We had a reservation for 2 nights. We needed to book a hotel instead to accommodate a guest on crutches. I called to cancel well over a week ahead and left a message on their machine. Even though their person remembers getting a detailed message about the change, the owner claims to not have received it. Bottom line is he charged us for the full stay and will not refund anything. I wouldn’t object to losing the deposit of one night; but I feel the entire stay is unfair. The owner also called me and was pretty snippy. If we are back there again for Jacob’s Pillow, I wouldn’t stay at Summit Hill.

Okay place. Roads in are rough. Electric is not very good so don't count on that.
