Very welcoming and easy acces to park. Mostly seasonal guest but in no way do you feel like an outsider. Laundry, pool trash and full hook ups. Also a rec center with pool tables and other games. About a mile to the beach which is touresty but quaint. Stayed 2 nights in our 38' fifth wheel and no issues.

Nice campground in a great location. Well maintained and managed property. We had a great time staying at this property. Our site was very small but had nice grass and a a concrete pad. Fantastic dog run/park on the property. Plenty of amenities including a pool, shuffleboard court, laundry and and a decent bath house. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very quite overall. Super close to the beach. We recommend you drive up 1A to the Hampton Beach for great shops, restaurants and a fantastic beach area. Only reason for 4/5 stars is that sites are very close together.

From the time of our arrival to our departure Beach Rose RV Park provided a warm and engaging experience. The staff maximized the experinece with true New England hospiltatlity. From guiding our motorhome onto a best fit cement paved space to the amenities offered including a full (SUPER CLEAN) bathroom, outdoor games, and a wonderful pool. Beach Rose is perfactly located for any visitor seeking to be close to Boston, sensational harbor and coastal towns like Newbury, and Salem for history buffs who want to wander amongst good witches. Full hook ups for our motorhome allowed our motorhome to work fully and without any disruptions. Visitors on site are considerate, the grounds are clean with clear places to discard trash, and the staff even helped us to store our car hauler. Beach Rose RV Park is a home away from home with wonderful opportunities to connect with people passionate about people. Don't hesitate to reserve your space today when choosing a Boston area RV camp ground. It's super affordable and super fun.

Very tight and crowded with long term occupant. Friendly and clean but difficult to manuver a big rig. Would have been impossible for a fifth wheel. Not a great choice for short term stays.

Some strong positives with our visit this past weekend. It is only a 20 minute walk from a very nice beach. The people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. Bathrooms in excellent condition. We also had the nicest site. If we had any other site it would have been too close to other campers. These sites are pretty close together. Will go back and have no problem recommending this campground to others.

Great family campground! Anything you want to do when camping provided right on sight. Easy access to Boston by bus and train. Walking distance (1/2 mile) from the beach. The only thing that kept this from being five stars is the biting bugs could pack you off after dark.
