We stayed here because it was what there was, and it’s easy to see why. It had rained, so the park was muddy, Sites are small, but at least they are level. Lots of families here. It’s okay, but that’s it.

Rained and got muddy with puddles. Not cheap either. Needs a facelift. Lots of full timers who leave for work early and come home late. Kids riding after school swearing and playing...Rigs around are old. Was difficult to pay that price for the quality. Everywhere else was booked for the two weeks we needed so had to settle there.

Needs some renovations, clean up and road work. Mostly full time residents with some very run down rigs. Canoe River It is not a river, it is a very dirty pond. Bring bug spray you will need it! We did have full hookup's with 50amp. We chose it because It was convenient for visits to Cape Cod and Plymouth area. Probably wont stay there again. A little pricey at $57 a night and not much to look at.

Nice campground. A lot for the kids to do. A snack bar is at the pool area. The laundry room was nice and the dryers dried real fast too! The shower room was less desirable. Mold in shower area. The meter for the shower was outside the room so if you didn't put in enough money.....! No dry place to put your clothes. Most sites are tight. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Sites are level, but small and tight. We were put next to basketball Court and had people walking through our site and basketballs coming in all the time. The place was quite noisy and busy on the weekend. We probably would not stay here again. We were in a conventional trailer.
