The owners (staff) are very accommodating. I had my camper winterized with them, I then received a call from a family member that was having a medical emergency. I was scheduled for Tuesday , I called them and explained my problem. They told me that they would get it done immediately then they went one step further and allowed me to pick it up on Saturday. They are closed on Saturday and the owner met me and open the gate to let me retrieve our camper. Thank you for your concern

Nice campgrounds clean, well-managed & maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, camping sites range from tents to large motorhomes. Easy access to the Cape Cod rail trail without needing to drive to a parking lot or cross any roads. The store is equipped with general RV accessories if needed. Access in and out of the campground onto Rt 6 can be challenging but that is the case for all the businesses along Rt-6.

This is a fabulous place if you can get a spot along the outer edge with the ocean view. Very nice pool. I was a little nervous about the first come first serve, but even in the busiest time in August they did not fill up other than on Friday and Saturday night. So the way it works is: you go in and find a spot then go in and register. If you want to move up to an ocean spot you can do that when one opens up. Great location!

This is a nice, small RV park that芒鈧劉s good to use as a base for exploring the Outer Cape and surrounding area. The biggest pro is that it芒鈧劉s right on the Cape Cod rail trail so you can take bikes and be on the trail to the National Seashore beaches in minutes. The park itself is very clean, lots of trees and well maintained. They do not have a pool or a lot of extra amnenitues that you芒鈧劉d find in a 芒鈧搑esort芒鈧. What they do have is a nice dog run, playground, shaded sites and all full hook ups. When we were there (July 2020) seems to cater to older travelers in class A motorhomes. Granted there were plenty of travel trailers and givers too - just a good amount of high end class A芒鈧劉s. Sites are close together - typical for an RV park - so private camping this is not. You sacrifice privacy for convenience.

This place was wonderful. It芒鈧劉s very attractive. The sites were well laid out. The bathroom and showers and laundry were spotless. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and they sent us to great restaurants. We wished we could have stayed longer. For sure we will be back.

Nice quiet park centrally located on the cape. Staff very friendly and helpful. Access roads and sites are all gravel. Older campground that is very well maintained. Our site was level but we had to work to find the right level spot. Most of the sites are pull throughs. The park is right along the Cape Cod bike trail. The bike trail is 22 miles long, well maintained and goes through many towns and nature areas including bike path out to beaches. Good restaurants close by with some accessible from the bike trail. As noted in other reviews the length of sites may be a challenge for long rigs ..... over 40' to fit on the site w room for towed vehicle. Reasons not a 5 star review is some of the seasonal sites are not well maintained. We stayed in a 32 foot 5th wheel. Would stay again.

Very small site for Big Rig. The next site over had multiple large groups and had dump isssues that was so close to our seating, we couldn't sit outside when they dumped their tank. We couldn't have a camp fire because the pit was too close to the rv. I must have heard 5 times that there are no refunds before you can ask a question. They charge$20 to have a guest overnight. We left early and they argued with me over getting their key back while I was still paying for the site.

Nice park. Staff was friendly, wifi was good, park was clean though mostly dirt, site was level and of a good size. Fairly centrally located on the cape. We stayed here on our leaf peeping tour of New England in a 35' fifth wheel.
