In off season, they require you to stay two nights and only reduce the rate by $8. This place is a rip off. They do not even have sewer hookups.

Sites are small in some areas. We stayed in section C, specifically c20.
Very sloped site, basically had to use all my blocks to level the rig.
Power and water is shared between sites and in our site we needed to run on our awning side to power, also same for grey water.
No sewer at sites. Only grey water dumps, need a garden hose adapter to hook up.

Big campground with clean free hot showers, clean bathrooms. Crowded sites with RVs practically on top of each other. Many seasonal sites. Can walk to Canal Bike Path. For its size it is amazingly quiet!

Stayed for 2 nights in a RV. Stayed in B section. Quiet and peaceful. Close to the canal and bike path. Clean showers. Rates a bit high ( over 60 ). We would stay again.
