A place to sleep but nothing else

Caveat: didn’t stay here but had a reservation. Our RV broke down in Baton Rouge. My second call was to this park to cancel my reservation. They were appropriately apologetic and accepted my cancellation...but they kept the $$. Even after multiple attempts to get them to do the proper thing. So this may be a great RV resort, but their business ethics are lacking.
