Nice campground. It floods easily, but then it is southern Louisiana . Nice bathhouse.

The RV sites are all back-ins on asphalt and leveled enough. There are no sewer hookup, just 30A/50A pedestal and water faucet. Floating wooden deck with picnic table, and grill on cement pad. Separate building houses laundry/showers/toilets may need to drive to depending on camp site location. $1 washer for 35mins and $1 dryer for 45mins. Canoe/kayak launch near park entrance but since there were reports of crocs, we didn’t try to kayaking here with our pooch. It’s a peaceful campground with gate locked from 9PM to 8AM. After hours access via padlock code. Beside all sort of bird calls can be heard from the campground, there are also frogs that bleating like sheeps after the rain. Site cost nearly $31/night after taxes and reservation fee. WiFi is very weak at some locations, we used our RedPort booster for better internet experience.

A little off the interstate but a real nice place to stay. They are concrete pads and level. If you have kids they will love the water park section. Showers were nice and clean. My only complaint was the distance from the interstate.
