Hi! As of April 2025, the park is under new ownership/ management and is now operating under Village Oaks RV Park. Thank you for all of your reviews as they were certainly helpful in planning for the upgrades, functionality, and housekeeping of the park. So far, we have replaced the lighting throughout and addressed overall cleanliness of the area and will continue to work on this until we feel that we truly have a place where families can enjoy their time together and relax in the beauty that this place can offer. Thanks in advance and we hope that you will trust us to provide you a great place to camp in the future.

Keep driving! We came in late and were assigned a site with no deck, no space, so close to another unit that their sewer hose was 8’ from our door. Most units appear not to have moved or been cleaned in many years. Beer bottles, milk cartons scattered about. Other reviewers obviously lucked into better sites, which are highly variable. Antique Village earns my first one star review.

Great rv park! Loved the wooden patios that accompanied the sites. The fishing in the pond was perfect for our 5 yr old daughter. She caught two bass and was thrilled. Very quiet with beautiful trees. We stayed here in a 34 ft fifth wheel and enjoyed it. Would have stayed longer but we were just passing through on our way to Florida to flee the potential paths of hurricane Berry.

We stopped for two nights on a longer journey. Right off 20 and easy to get in and out. Some spots have nice build in decks. Some full timers here. I would stay again if in the area. 30$ a night.

This place just doesn't rate a 4 star rating in my book. Some of the sites appear to be quite nice with nice wooden platforms and picnic tables. Many of those appeared o be occupied by long timers. Our site however had a grungy white plastic table with wavy top. It was quite warm and we would have liked to sit outside for dinner. The bathrooms and showers were not well maintained. Toilet seat was off. We decided not to even try a shower. One of the sites was filled with junk. It did have good wifi and we were able to get several tv stations. Ok for overnight stay.

Great find. Bad weather held us up in TX so we needed a place to stop on the way home. Called and they had already closed but gave me a site number and said to drop a check in the box. The lady was very friendly and offered to come back to the park if we needed anything. The roads and sites are gravel, but even with all the rain, not muddy. The site was level and had full hook ups. Nice little pond in the middle of the park. Beautiful wooded park, very close to the interstate, but the traffic noise wasn't bad. Great bargain, only $30 a night. Would stay here again.
