Ditto on all the previous positive reviews. Even for just a stopover it was great. Quiet, wooded, nice lake, large lots. Yes it is way back off the road so allow for that. That's why it's so quiet. It is a little hard to see signs so be watching. Road in & out is paved with some well earned bumps. We'll definitely be back when we can stay longer.

Awesome camping for both RV's and tents. Plenty of hiking and bike trails. Sites are level and huge. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles plus camper. Nice lake with swimming area. Approx 5 Miles north of town. Easy to get to restaurants and stores if needed. Price is $25/nt. WiFi inside campground works good. The bath house is a hike thru the woods opposite the RV sites. Not a issue if you're self contained. Exit 86 off I-20

Beautiful wooded RV Park! Quiet with widely separated RV sites. First timers should get there before dark! You go through the woods to find the RV area. It was the prettiest park that we have seen on our road trip from Montana to Florida on our way to Texas. We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer.

A must stay for anyone traveling on interstate 20. This campground after a long days travel was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Beautiful paved sites, most with a great view of the small lake, full hook ups with THE best wifi we have ever had in a campground. Friendly staff and beautiful biking and walking trails.

Sites are along a lake and just beautiful. We are in one of the pull through sites which are on the inside of the circular loop. A friendly, personable and highly professional young lady checked us in. Site are on a first come basis. Our rig towing a Jeep is about 52 ft and no problems fitting into this site, a pull through. Owned and operated by the parish. (County). Definitely a park to return to in the future. Five stars for for sure.

This has got to be the prettiest & cleanest CG I have ever camped in. Spaces were paved & level. We took the paved walkway around the lake & were greeted with stunning views at every turn. It was very quiet and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Really nice. Large pads, quite level. Clean water when all rivers are mud soup from recent downpours. We checked in on a Wednesday in late April....lots of sites available.

Some sites are fantastic and the rest are being updated each year. Only drawback for big rigs is there are only a few sites you fit in and sites are first come first served.
Lovely lake views and spotless park.
