Muddy, insanely crowded spaces. Parked less than a foot from low-hanging live electrical lines. Ironically, our shore power connection was on the far side of a neighboring space! Barely any room to park our dinghy. Ladies' bathhouse door couldn't be locked.

We spent one week here and would come back. It is an older park but the owners make up for that. It is small and a bit tight, but it was so handy to get to the French Quarter. The owners were so helpful and provided an information sheet when you check in. The rates are lower than most parks. The park is located next to the railroad yard, but did not bother us. It is also gated at night.

Very old park in need of upgrading. Area is depressed, but seemed safe. Used buses to get to French Quarter during Mardi Gras ... stop out front of campground. Managers helpful with a welcoming bag of info. Very tight sites... hard to maneuver large rigs. Motorhome towing.

The campground was clean and nice. Owners were very helpful in providing the best ways to get to local establishments and awesome suggestions! Nice to have someone who knows the area and provides good directions and great suggestions on what to see and do in a short time period. We would stay there again! Felt safe and secure! Way to go Jude Travel Park!

A friendly place to stay with ok facilities. Showers were fine, laundry was pretty tired but everything worked. Small pool. Spaces are very close together. Some long term residents don't take very good care of their units or space. It was a good place to stay while visiting New Orleans but not a park to "hang out" at.

Not exactly a resort but a great place to stay. The lady at the office is Very helpful and nice. The park is clean and all fenced in with a code lock at the gate. I drive a 37'ClassA towing my truck. They even offered to help me back into my spot. I didn't need it but it's nice to have the help available. I'm pleased. I'll definitely be staying again every time I'm on a road trip through here.

this is a really good park. very clean, with helpful staff. Upon check-in staff provided us with information and directions into New Orleans including a map and list of good restaurants. The neighborhood isn't that great, but the park is gated and very safe. The restroom and showers are tiled, and very clean. The shower is hot with good water pressure. There is a laundry we used, and the machines are in good working order. There is a small pool but we did not use it. All sites are back in and quite small, with barely space for a picnic table. That was okay wit us, as we did not spend much time at the park. It is a 15 minute drive into New Orleans. There is also a bus nearby, and a shuttle. The rates are reasonable, 30 dollars a night. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice people run this place. They live onsite and are real friendly. That have a nice property and a security gate that closes at 6pm. BUT....
There is a train depot behind their RV site. I would recommend staying one night too see if you can handle the noise. We stayed 3 nights and I survived.
They are right off the bus route so you can get down to the French Quarter in about an hour with a transfer to a trawley at Canal street. Be sure and ask for the All Day pass $3 when you get on the bus in the morning. Exact change.
Nice place to stay though if you like train noise at night.
