For what and where it is located (prime location walking distance to aFrench Quarter), it was quite nice. We were close enough to office to get very good WiFi reception, but I would agree with other ratings that for price charged ever site should get WiFi. We thought staff were very helpful to include maintenance personnel. Very nice showers/bathroom and clubhouse, that included small fitness room and pool/hot tub. The sites were close but for that real estate you still got some grass. Nice near by park to walk the dogs. Pricey but understandable and cheaper than hotel there. Plus close enough to easily get away from Bourbon Street mayhem!!

Great location next to French Quarter. Would have given a 5 if not for I10 next to park. Good LTE hear.

Smack in the middle of the city so don't expect a vista or trees, but a great spot to stay when visiting NOLA?and the smoothest streets you'll find anywhere in the city! Nice staff too.

Location, location, location. The park is well secured. Large back in sites. Showers and individual rooms with sink and toilet. They were nice and clean. Pool, hot tub and exercise room were nice. Large ice machine for guest use! All amenities at the site worked fine. Large cable selection. We didn't use their WiFi as ATT had a great signal. Washing of RVs permitted. The area around the park isn't the greatest, but we felt fine during the day. We used lyft at night. All staff were very nice. Road noise didn't bother us.

$110-135 per night ($10 late check out hourly charged after 11am). You will be placed right under a heavily transited freeway underpass. The staff actually seem happy to give you the most rude service possible, especially Angelic. When I asked if there was another option for the site she gave us, she said "yea you could leave. " BEST recommendation! You can park just outside their location (closer to bourbon) for $50 for 24 hours! We did just that :) NOPD monitors the lot:)

Great location. Friendly staff, large paved spaces, clean laundry room and fitness room. Safe gated park. Worth the price. Wifi is nonexistent in the RV area. Easy distance to walk or cab to the quarter. Staff was very understanding when an emergency medical situation had me extending my reservation.

Sorry to inform fellow RVers that their do NOT accept Passport America nor GSC any more and, as of today, this is not the information we get from All Stays.
All the reviews are correct but let me stress out that, for the price we are asked to pay, I find unacceptable that the WiFi does not reach far from the office or the swimming pool area. Impossible to catch from our RV except for very shot periods of time.
For this, I give 2 stars.

While making a phone reservation we were told that there was wifi. We asked if our potential site had wifi and were told that the wifi is at the clubhouse. We immediately cancelled our reservation and was charged a $25 cancellation fee. Trying to reason with the rude office person for a credit for fee was unsuccessful. No southern hospitality here.

Park is very well kept but I-10 is so loud

Location is great. Close to Bourbon St and only about a 5 dollar cab ride if its too hot or to late at night to walk. Swimming pool and hot tub were amazing with a great courtyard. The RV spots are large and roomy. I would have given it 4 stars just because it is a great rv resort I do however think there is always room for improvement. You have to be perfect in everyway for a 5. The reason for the 3 stars however is the laundry area is way overpriced and when asking the office to make change for a 20 was told (very rudely) we don't have cash and that they suggest I go to a gas station. It is not the fact that you don't have change but how you handle that situation. On a side note I don't know how they are gonna give people change if they pay for their stay with cash. Mostly a good experience could have been great besides a bad apple here and there.
