This is one of the best RV parks we have been in. It is very nicely kept and is quiet. The staff was very friendly. Concrete pads, and even though there are a lot of long term residents, the park is very nice and everyone seems friendly. We were in a 35’ motorhome towing. We got a pull thru. Nice walking trail most of the way around the pond. We felt it was a safe place. A hidden gem. We stayed in May over Mother’s Day weekend.

Very nice park, reasonable price. All concrete pads. Nice long pullthru. Easy in and out. Very quiet. Nice employees. Will definitely stay again. Stayed in a 34 MH with toad.

I agree with all comments if they put you in back of park but they put us up front by roads and loud car and truck noise all night long

Wonderful RV park! Easy to find, easy to park, friendly folks and level sites. This is a park we visit often. It’s well maintained and while there are a number of long-term folks here, every site is well cared for and no junk. Price is reasonable.

Wow, what a gem!This was a great spot to find. We had previously been staying in the Baton Rouge area but decided to go here because of a previous review. The pool through spot was perfectly level hook ups were good and we had no problem getting in and out. I would highly recommend the spot for any person traveling in an RV. We have a 40’ Class A with a tow car.

I gave this place 5-stars because there was nothing to complain about. Nice quiet, well maintained, paved roads, paved site. We do not use any of the facilities/amenities and we only stayed for one night....it was just an overnight for us....but it was definitely a destination resort for others. We had a pull thru site with 50-amps.

This is probably the best private rv park we’ve ever encountered. The spots on the lake well worth a couple extra dollars...outside our door this morning a blue heron standing by the fish feeding machine...something else we’ve never seen. It spits out food for the fish three times a day. One of our neighbors caught enough Brim for dinner. Considering staying another night even though we’re on our long trek home.

Wish I would have booked this one for a longer stay! The staff was very nice. This was a very well Maintained campground. We had a lakefront site with 50 amp full hookups, it was large with a fire pit and a beautiful lake view. Concrete pads and roads well groomed grass between sites and on lakeshore. The long term residents are on the other side of the lake. This is everything you see in the pictures and more. Free Wifi, $42.33 a night we would definitely stay again.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Applied for a months stay- much cheaper even though we stayed only 3 weeks. Everything clean and well kept. Can get mail here - each site has it’s own mail slot in the office. Nice lake with swans, little dog park, game room, pool, hang out room with lots of books, playground. A lot of long term tenants that are friendly and clean. Safe for kids - strictly enforce 5 mph speed limit. Didn’t use their site-fi as my husband works full time remotely. Downside - nowhere to walk dog by foot outside of the park, so daily hour plus walks are back and forth in the park. Shopping and errands are about 20-25 minute drive west or east. If we come back again to visit family in Baton Rouge we will stay here again!

Beware of shifting cancellation policies. Had to cancel month stay due to emergency. Followed all published cancellation procedures to the letter but owner refuses to refund deposit even though cancellation policy states it would be refunded. Park is full and site would be able to be rented. Owner rude and stated the published policies don’t apply? After visiting park glad we r not staying. Sites are extremely tight. Lots of full timers with kids. Dog run suitable tiny dogs only. No security gate.
