Neat and clean park. Pine shaded, gravel/soil sites varying in size according to tree spacing. Nice wooden ‘patio decks’. No WiFi, Verizon ok. Very cordial resident owner, Pat. Hwy and railroad noise moderate at front of park.

Mrs. Pat and Phil are the best hosts you could ask for We had trouble with our truck and they were very nice and helpful during our stay. If you pass this R/V park and don’t stop in, you are missing out of a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Pat and Phil.
