It would be wise to pass up this venue. The cost is good but there are questionable folks who live in the park and they have us site in between some of those folks. The site had glass and all manner of things in the gravel. You can see that it used to be a nice park but those days are gone.

Very dirty and over priced. Stopped by for a night, electric didn’t work so had to move sites. It is a trailer park with some RV spots. Do not recommend!

Arrived 4/27/18 after hard days drive.
Very nice young lady met us, got checked in to last pull thru site for our 43’ fifth wheel.
CG is clean, mowed grass, big concrete pads, easy hook ups all conveniently placed.
Down side- next to freeway but not a problem for tired old RV’rs.
Will stay again if passing thru.
They have a nice swimming pool and fishing lake!

Arrived at dusk and ushered to site on requesting to be near a bathroom. Woman asked for $40 cash and to jot down name & plate #, then left. We were on muddy grass and the electric didn't work. We moved ourselves to a nearby empty spot and settled in. On going to bathroom, I encountered several signs from park mgmt to a Mr. Jagger warning him to stay out of the camp. This made me nervous! The women's bath was clean with one of two showers useable w/o curtain. Could lock outside door, but no handle on inside to open! We don't recommend this park.

Very nice staff, friendly. Nice concrete pads for overnighters and gravel road to pads otherwise a sea of mud. The coast has had a lot of rain. Way overpriced at $40 for the night. Bathroom a no go.

Lot of people living here, some in rundown RV's, but they are located away from the daily rental sites. Apparently they operate like a mobile home park because there is a large sign on the door that says there will be a $50 charge if rent is not paid by the 1st of the month. Lots of mud and ruts in the road. Most sites are in grassy area. A few pull through concrete sites near the office. They have been remodeling the women's shower/restroom with tile and it will really be nice when it's finished. The park is located next to I-12 but there is a relatively short drive to get there. No cable. OVERNIGHT FEE IS WAY OVERPRICED AT $45 PER NIGHT! They surely just meet the bare minimum requirements to be considered a Good Sam park.

This campground should be closed until they clean it up and have a better understanding of how to register campers. We were given campsite #32 and arrived after dark. When we pulled up to the site we noticed it must have been used as a trash dump of some kind. Trash of all sorts were spewed everywhere including fast food trash, hundreds of cigarette butts and other paraphernalia. We drove around and there were no other empty sites. As I was outside hooking up I felt something nudging my leg and turned to find a large black dog off leash. I froze. I complained to Karen who works at the campground office and got every excuse in the book of why the site was in the condition it was in and why dogs roam freely around the campground. At $40 per night these conditions are unacceptable.
