Just spending one night here while traveling thru. First and foremost, this is an old park. Needs a lot of work to be respectable. Second, very noisy with the highway nearby. Third, close quarters. You will get to know your neighbors whether you want to or not. Fourth, it hasn’t rained here in a few days but there is standing water in the gravel parking spots. Fifth, Wifi is sketchy at best but local tv antenna channels are pretty good. I have no idea about the other facilities as we didn’t leave our campsite. Overall I can’t recommend for anything more than an overnight.

This needs a zero. Very old, run down and unkept. Pool was gross. Tons of ‘residents’, which, fine whatever, BUT it looked and was kept more like an old run down trailer park, rather than a RV resort. BEST OF ALL, was the LITERAL RAW SEWAGE OVERFLOWING OUT OF THE SEPTIC HOLE. I called to let them know, assuming they’d be happy to know and fix. A week later... STILL THERE AND FLOWING. I was only temporarily storing my 5th wheel there, as we were on holiday and I have a home there that we stayed in that week, but I would NEVER had let me children go there. A complete health hazard and unsanitary. The smell. It’s still permeated in my nose. I was sorely disappointed. I went there as a kid to the KOA. Had great memories. This is such a shame. Not good. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Site was narrow and close together. Our sites water connection didn’t have a handle and the electrical outlet post looked like it had fire damage to it. LOTS of permanents that had LOTS of stuff everywhere. Swimming pool looked like the home of the Swamp Thing. Was an old KOA that was converted to a private campground and you could tell.

Very poorly laid out with dirt sites that are mud following rain. Do not recommend.

Stopped for one night. This was the loudest place that we have ever stayed. The campsite was right next to a major street. Most of the sites seemed to be taken by permanent residents. We will not stay here again. We were in a 31 ft class c.

Very nice stay. Stephanie was the sweetest lady. Very helpful with places to eat and such. I really felt at home there. One day I hope to get back there.
