What a beautiful place. Big lots. The camp hosts are wonderful. Cave Run Lake is nice for fishing and riding in our Hobie kayaks!

For a very large campground this is a great stay. Sites are spaced well apart and spacious. Very wooded, quiet, and private, you hardly know you have neighbors. Boating is the main activity, but the hike up to Knob Hill is worth the view. 22’ trailer and truck, but space for larger rigs.

Twin Knobs Campground in the Daniel Boone National Forest at Cave Run lake is awesome. Stayed here in early May. Quiet, clean sites this time of year. Staff is very friendly! All back in sites. Half with electric and the water is nearby! $35 if you want power. I think $20 a night without. Clean showers and bathrooms. 2 bars LTE Verizon. Was able to work and watch YouTube. Check out the Twin Knobs hike for great views if here before the leaves get too big.
