Wiring is outdated, the park director is kick people out happy, this winter it came a hard freeze and they said shut it off or they'd lock it. Had an issue with the now former camp manager because I had my cousin who's been an electrician for 20 years look at the electric outside to see if I could upgrade my electric without hurting anything and I got threatened for opening the box and looking in and told that if my electric went out I wouldn't be able to open it to flick the exterior breaker. The shower rooms are messed up. Right now the dryer in the laundry room isn't working so they've locked the entire thing.

Not bad though all pull thrus look to be full time here - the bAck in’s are level but you do share with other sight the water - they are trying to cleN up the park and make it nice - price isn’t bad and walking distance of a small replica of the fort Hartford

Spaced out all over the place. Permanent occupants spaced around. Ok site, gravel but level. Shared water and electricity w/ next site.

Note: Presently there is not a laundromat.

Lots of residents here. There is some trash so I hope they can clean it up a bit. Would be great.
