We have camped here several times over the past 10 years when we travel west. They have made some nice improvements including new picnic tables and playground equipment . There is a new section with paved pads that are very level. The older loop is shaded but not as level. Quiet and clean. Decent space between sites.

Delightful little campground right on the river and close to the center of town. We arrived at 6:30 pm on a Monday in early June. There were still plenty of open campsites. All were level with water and 30/50 amp hookups bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Showers were roomy with good water pressure. We live near Denver and have family in St. Louis, and will definitely be stopping here again in the future.

As advertised. No attendant. Instructions for payment ($25 RV site) clearly marked. Beautiful water view. We chose site 14. Locals fishing. Friendly vibe. Bathrooms clean.

Quiet small 40 pull through spaces with power and water. Also tent camping spots. Clean restrooms , but dated. Stayed on a Wednesday and by 6:30pm there were about 8 other campers. Quiet location on small lake. Would recommend. $25 for sites with hook-ups. $15 for tent sites.

What a wonderful find this little park is! We were getting gas at the Loves nearby and saw that the park was less than a mile away. So glad we checked it out! Wide pull through spots, lots of trees, fire ring. Painless self checkin. Set along a river, beautiful spot.

We stopped for an overnight and really enjoyed our stay and the town. Sites were large and the facilities were old but very clean . For $25 we had water and 30 amps. Needed extension cord but no biggie. Only negative was the WiFi, it didn’t work. No reservations available but we showed up at 7pm on a Saturday and there were still 3 sites open.

Very convenient and cozy campground right off I-70 in Kansas. Country park is located about 3 hours W of Wichita, KS. On a small river with shaded lots, mostly level gravel pull through sites. Far enough of the interstate that you really can’t hear traffic. No privacy between sites. We stayed in Sept. 2021 and paid $20 to include 30 amp hookups with water. No sewer at the site, not sure if there is a dump station. They do have 50 amp pedestals. Would stay again.

Great small park and town. The new sites are level concrete pads 20/30/50 amp power and water. Police patrol park and very friendly. Stopped for a couple days and stayed 9. 2 museums and a small town diner and a golf course with club house, all great food. Only thing is branches on the way in are a little low. We are 13-6 tall and missed them but a great stopping place
