Good level pull through spots. Not expensive. We arrived after hours and called the after-hours phone number, paid by envelope in the drop box and picked what site we wanted. The showers could use a little work on the women’s side. Other than that, it was an okay little spot for one or two nights.

Small park. Gravel level side. We had a pull thru site which was long enough for our RV and jeep. We were here for the Eisenhower presidential library (which was very good) with that said there isn’t much else in the small town.

Not a bad park for an overnight stay, especially in the longer pull-through sites. The biggest issue is that you can’t actually reserve a spot here ahead of time, which can be a MAJOR problem on cross-country trips like ours usually are. I had called ahead twice and spoke to manager and emailed for confirmation, assuming we had a spot reserved, but when I arrived a little after-hours there was no assigned spot, nor any documentation. And no way to pay except cash to be left in a drop-box at the shower house. Another couple who arrived shortly after us were similarly confused, asking if we had found any paperwork, etc. I think next time
we’re passing through we’ll head for the KOA in Salina.

It’s the only game in town. Half is pretty new and works well, no trees or shade. The other half is dumpy. The power in the dumpy section was running 105 to 108 volts. I moved to the new section.
If your going to Eisenhower’s museum this where you stay. It’s okay for a day or two.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this campground. It’s a very convenient stopover and only a couple of minutes off of Rt 70. The owner is very nice and the rate is extremely reasonable. Pull thru sites. We will definitely come back when we come thru again.

Comfortable CG. Many permanent residents. Level pull throughs for larger RVs. Gravel. Grassy areas for pet walks, dog bags provided. Utilities fine. Cable TV. Wi fi ok. Quiet. Stayed one night to see Eisenhower library/complex. Unfortunately minimally open.

Shaded lots not too close together. Quiet since it’s not right on the Interstate. Bathrooms nice but dated. Showers clean but needed more hooks on the Men’s side. Great for a one or two night stay. We will come back again.

Great stop for a night or two. Well off the highway so very quiet. Lots of trees and table at the site. Even a small pool for the kids. Well kept and nice management. Will stop again on future travels to the mid-land.

Perfect spot to stay over for 1 night. We called after hours and owner was very accommodating. Lots of area to walk your dog. nice pavilion and grassy areas. We didn’t use the laundry or restrooms/showers but no complaints for a 1 night stay.
