Late October 2020. Campsites hard to determine, roadway and sites completely covered in pine needles and leave. Restrooms were very clean but shower area had lots of soap scum on the metal water panel and soap area.

We we’re here in June 2019. In a 24ft motorhome. Site’s latest not that level, and electric only. It’s close to all the visitor sites in Nauvoo and is reasonably priced. The flying bugs are crazy! Tons of them, we were not able to be outside.

We’re here in mid October, in a 24 foot trailer. There’s no information about how to pay for a site. When we pulled in at 2:00, only one other camper in thevA loop, electric. We pulled in to what was probably the host site, on a cement pad, but still needed to add blocks to level it. Can’t complain, since it appears to be free this time of year. The modern restroom is heated. Did not use the shower, but would have, if needed, they looked decent. Bathroom was clean. Lots of trains, but far enough away that they don’t jar your nerves. The town of Nauvoo and the Old Town are beautiful, quirky, informative. We stopped in the bakery in town, and got some fresh bread. Stopped in the Cultural Center in Old Nauvoo and got lessons in weaving, making rope, making bread, and more. Really interesting place, even if you are not LDS. Very friendly, sweet people want to share what they know of their history with you. Sites are mostly pull through in A loop. Recommend!

In the trees. Small park Cute. Only electric. Sites not that level. Bathroom at sites not good but down the hill nice even though quite a lot of people need to share it. The town is very cute. Recommended.
