Camped one night Thursday March 7, 2024; lots of availability. Electric sites, water and dump available, no showers this time of year. Convenient to the interstate and good for a one night stay.

Very clean, gravel pads, nice spots. Close together but we’ll wooded. No sewer hook ups or water but t have electric and 50amp on non reservable sites. Pleasant stay in early May.

Visited over Labor Day Weekend. The bathrooms in the Gander Bay campground did not appear to be cleaned a single time all weekend, even though the campground was at full capacity. Also, the water was a distinct yellow/orange color and did not appear to be potable. We went out and purchased bottled water. We did see the staff fixing a broken swing- so some maintenance is occurring. This park needs major investments and improvements.

Nice more rustic campground. Electric only but that's ok. Most bathrooms are outhouses. Each site has plenty of room. Nice trails beautiful scenery.

In recent years an obvious drop in maintenance. Most pads are nowhere near level, some grassed over and most short of gravel, some just plain muddy & sandy. Bathrooms are terrible except main shower room which is adequate. Water available but no connection and no sewer, electric only.
